Daily Ritual Artwork
The Daily Ritual Artwork is a hand-drawn creation practice where each artist sits down daily to create as a form of meditation and reconnection with the Self. Cynthia's ritual involves calligraphy ink brushwork with watercolor and copper detailing, while Chantale's features a gold mandala on black cardstock. Each piece is approximately 5x5 inches.

Artist Statement: “For me, creating is a practice of letting go. I don't plan what I'm going to make beforehand; I create as I go. This practice keeps me fully present in the moment. It's not about the end result but about meditating on the immediate now, without planning ahead or thinking about what comes next. The end result is simply a bonus”.

Cynthia is a Creative Director, Designer, and Art & Wellness facilitator. Her personal creative exploration delves into themes of creative catharsis, childhood trauma psychology, and the profound impact these elements have on love, joy, and our present existence.
Artist Statement: “I’ve lived through a spectrum of experiences, ranging from painful to transcendental. Creating is my way of healing and sharing the lessons I’ve learned, in hopes that my journey can inspire and guide others on their own paths of living in radical authenticity wrapped in respect, love, and joy. My mission is to cultivate safe spaces to express. Expression is a powerful form of healing, as suppressed energies can manifest as imbalances and further harm to others. My work is also about empowering people to give themselves permission to embody the fullest expression of oneself by moving through the constraints of fear or shame”.
