Immerse yourself in a unique self-love and embodiment experience, celebrating your essence and heritage through the vibrant art of neon body painting, alongside other nourishing wellness practices.
Join us for an unforgettable journey of self-expression, ancestral connection, and creative embodiment. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore your roots, reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit, and honor the influence of those who came before you. With no prior experience required, all you need is an open heart and curiosity to explore.
The theme of this workshop is Ancestral Healing & Embodiment. Through the art of neon body painting, we will engage in a powerful creative act that honors the wisdom of our ancestors while celebrating who we are today. Body painting becomes a ritual of impermanence, a momentary expression that invites us to be fully present and attuned to our journey of growth.
Embodiment is about living in harmony with your essence, aligning your inner world with your external environment. As you paint and transform your body into a living canvas, you’ll co-create a work of art that reflects your unique story and ancestral lineage. It’s a profound reminder of the transient beauty of life and the importance of honoring both our past and present.

What is Ancestral Lineage Healing?
Ancestral lineage healing is a profound spiritual practice that allows us to reconnect with our roots, honor the collective wisdom of our ancestors, and transform generational wounds into opportunities for growth and renewal. By engaging with the energy and experiences of those who came before us, we can heal past traumas, release burdens, and move forward in embodying our most loving and present selves in our journey of growth.
To honor this practice on The Day of the Dead, we will be creating an altar in our space. If you feel called to participate, you are welcome to bring an item that commemorates a loved one who has passed, such as a photograph, a personal memento, or something meaningful to their memory.
What is an Altar and How is it Used?
An altar is a sacred space dedicated to prayer, reflection, and remembrance. It serves as a visual focal point for spiritual intentions, affirmations, and the energy you wish to channel. Altars can be used to connect with ancestors, the divine, or the universe itself. Offerings placed on the altar may include photos of loved ones, their favorite items such as fruits or flowers, or other meaningful symbols of remembrance. It is a place where the spiritual and the material meet, a conduit for honoring those who came before and for focusing your own spiritual energy.
