Embodi-Paint: Body Painting, Movement, Wellness Workshop

  • Miraki Life Workspace 35 Golden Avenue Toronto, ON, M6R 2J5 Canada (map)

The ultimate self-love experience. A body painting and wellness workshop designed to activate your colours and reconnect you to your body.

Join us for the ultimate self love experience! Re-align your mind, body, and soul; bringing yourself home to your body and activating your true colours. No experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Embodiment is the way of living and being that aligns your essence to your environment: having the outside reflect the inside. In other words, bringing yourself back home into your body, surroundings, and actions.

Body painting is the creative act of connecting with the present moment.

It’s a celebration of impermanence - to put attention and energy into art that will wash away. When you give yourself that presence and energy to reconnect with yourself, it’s the ultimate self-love experience. It’s your essence and soul co-creating an art piece with the anatomy of who you already are.
